The sales person who came door to door did not have a mask on! I mentioned it and he put one on, but did not know how to wear one because it kept slipping off and he did not know how to keep it in place. We are in a C-19 pandemic and CA has mandated all people wear a mask in public. It is imaginable that you would go door to door without a mask. This is a normal and ongoing thing. This place is a total scam. The sales representative (Bradley D) was pushy, aggressive, and manipulative. He took advantage of a screaming toddler and won't take no for an answer sales tactics to convince me to sing. When I tried to cancel my contract a few hours later after I realized, I spent a total of 11 hours on hold over three days, left 22 messages, and had to send a certified letter to confirm I cancelled my contract. Avoid like the plague ... I have more pests in my house than before I hired Aptive. The service technician I signed up with totally misrepresented what would be done. Technician performing the service, who was professional and polite, showed up on time and sprayed chemicals. He was supposed to clean off spider webs and other insect nests (the service i was promised) but after he left, there were still webs and nests everywhere. Joseph A***** was our technician today. He came for a Reservice with wasp issues. He called first and listened to discuss all of our problem areas and then was extremely thorough when he arrived. He left extensive notes regarding the services he provided. Hope he can be our technician every time.

Door to door salesmen ignored my clearly presented "No Soliciting" sign. Came to my door without a mask on during a pandemic despite state-wide mandate to wear a mask. He also made up a fake name for a neighbor and said he was in the neighborhood working with them. I tried calling the company just to let them know that their reps are trespassing and not setting a good example. I was transferred 3 times, and have been on hold over 30 minutes. PAUL C***** went above and beyond when it came to our initial service this morning. He arrived 10 minutes early and courteously called and rang the door bell right at our appointed time. I have been a little hesitant to get started as this our first time working with Aptive so I was a little skeptical. He allayed my initial concern and even recommended I get in contact with our sales rep to make sure I was satisfied with the pricing and service contract. I am a fairly new customer so I don't have much to review at this point other than service techs and customer service. Mike W. was very thorough and professional. He came out for a re-service treatment and pointed out what should have been done on the initial visit. So far they have been prompt for each app't. and very pleasant.

We had a problem with ants in our house. I contacted Aptive and Brendan H******** came our a coupe of days later and addressed the problem with a treatment. Brendan listened to my concerns and the problem is solved
