Recently signed up, got the first service but have called, texted, emailed, tries to use the app and waited on hold for a follow-up service but can’t get through to anyone. I want to cancel my service but can’t even get a hold of anyone to do that! Do not sign up with this company - it has been impossible to get the follow-up services as promised.

The technician, Daniel Grant, was spot on. Took care of all our concerns. Very friendly and polite. Would like to have him back on the next visit. We have been very satisfied with Aptive

Horrible. False advertising never did what they said, sprayed walls staining them. Sprayed freshly washed windows leaving spots and film. Tech reported services that he did not complete!

After having to call the company out to do service the company failed to sweep the eves on my house and had to be called back out 2 more times. Fast forward to today and I had a service schedule for the time slot of 1pm to 5pm. The morning of the date service was scheduled I received and email stating they would arrive between 10 am and 12 pm. After calling the company informing them that time was not the schedule time and no one would be home, I was told the service would be pushed back to the original time. Email received ... read more

I signed up the Aptive service today and they are able to do the initial application at the same day. Joe was professional and very thorough going through my yard and garage to apply the treatment very carefully. Very happy about Joe's work here.

I had a door to door Aptive salesman named Anil S***i call me "a f*****", "a b****", threaten to "knock me out", and claim that I was treating him poorly because of his skin color. The only thing I told him was that my neighborhood had no soliciting notices at the entrance, so he was illegally soliciting, and that I wanted to see his colorado soliciting license. I have the entire thing on video with full audio too, between my phone and my neighbor's security system. People like this should not be representing your company.

Jacob P****** 7 was our technician today for our initial application. He could not have been more helpful. He was very polite and friendly (we have a dog) and was on time for the scheduled appointment. He completed the job promptly. He asked if we had any questions and left his card in case we had some later. I can't think of anything else that he could have done to make the appointment be better.

Rex & Lionel came to our home for a service call as we were having an issue with ants around the perimeter of our home. They asked what our concerns were so they clearing understood. They listened which is huge and asked questions so they fully understood. Basically, they were very professional and addressed all of out concerns. They were very impressive! It was really nice to have a company that cares about my home and my concerns. Jack J.

Miguel O****** was thorough and precise in his service today. Even though we had NO personal interaction he still wore his mask while treating exterior of my home. Thanks Miguel.
