Just had a service touch up for some fire ant piles, Noe M****** was out service tech. He was polite, maintained physical distance and had his mask on at the door, talked through the service with me and took care of where the issues were. Very easy and efficient. Thanks Noe!
Aptive double dips! I had $109 credit on my account (because they charged me $109 for a 8 minute service at my house one day). Had to send in ring doorbell footage. Great, right? They tried to make it right? Nope. The next quarterly service the guy did a TERRIBLE job (still had spider webs all over my stair railings outside) and they charged my NEW rate of $89 to my bank account AND took $89 from my credit available on my account. SALES PERSON IS GOING DOOR-TO-DOOR WITHOUT A MASK ON DURING A PANDEMIC, AND IN AUSTIN, WHERE THERE IS A MASK REQUIREMENT. MAYBE APTIVE IS TRYING TO GET RID OF BUGS, BUT THEY ARE POSSIBLY SPREADING A DEADLY VIRUS TO HUMANS IN THE PROCESS.
Very happy with Aptive. I have had them for several years. Referred friends as well and we are all satisfied. I get my texts with reminders and if I need to reschedule it’s a very easy process.

Door to door sales for pest control after 9pm is totally uncalled for! Not to mention we have a "No Soliciting" sign up right next to the doorbell. This company has been by our house in years past to say they are providing service to a neighbor and wanted to offer service to us as well. I guarantee that is just a line but either way "No Soliciting" means go away and dont ring my doorbell, especially not after 9pm in the evening (on a weeknight!) We had a team of door-to-door salesmen knock on the door and told us about the service, and both were very friendly, customer service-oriented, and professional. We enjoyed the 5-10 minutes they were at the door. A service technician, Leslie G., arrived within two hours and was professional, thorough, and amiable. He clearly explained what he was going to do and told us the expectations for the next few days. So far, so good and we're impressed with the representatives thus far.
This company has been violating our city rule of No Soliciting. They ignore the signs and ring the bell anyway to try to sell you their services. When you point to the No Soliciting sign and ask if they saw it, they just say, oh yeah, but most people don't mind! There is a $500 fine in Tualatin for ignoring the sign, yet they seem unconcerned.
