Aaron J**** was at my house the other day and did a great job of communicating, asking where we needed extra treatment, was courteous of my child and dog. Overall solid guy and a pleasure to have him the other day.
Destiny the technician that came out to my house was so knowledgeable and so friendly. The only reason I gave them a 4 star is because I asked for a morning appointment and they set me up with a afternoon appointment when I called back to tell them I had to wait 20 mins to get a customer service rep. They again changed it to a morning appt but Destiny came at 5:00 because they didn’t change my time.
Carlos was excellent!!!! He was friendly, very knowledgeable, took his time addressing all our problems, we will request him every time!!!!!!
I can’t say enough great things about Aptive. Professional, courteous, understanding, affordable, personable. I could go on but wont. Their services and their staff go above and beyond to meet their clients expectations. When I first bought my home, I had so many insects invading the property. Scorpions, ants, wasps. After continuous use, I feel my home is pest free. Thank you Daniel I***** for what you do.
Derrick B***** did a great job when he came to my home for a spider treatment. Derrick called ahead and arrived when he said he would. Upon arrival he was polite, friendly and professional. Derrick informed me of what needed to be done, answered our questions and assured us if we needed additional treatment, it is always available.
