a door to door solicitor came to my 90 year old mother's home today. he was not wearing a mask, and stood within 6 feet of her. in this time of covid, you would think a company would be more careful when seeking new clients. they also DO NOT have a permit to solicit in our city and have been warned by the sheriff's department that they are not to solicit in our city yet they continue to do so. shame on you aptive for putting the health and safety of possible customers at risk.
Our first experience with this company, good first impression-hope it works! Service provider Joe P***** showed up on time and was friendly and courteous. Initial treatment time was about 35 minutes. Living in the woods we have lots of pests. Here’s hoping our ant, wasp and mice problems are taken care of with this service!
My service provider Bailey S*********** did an excellent job. He was courteous, efficient and quick. He respectfully work a mask and shoe coverings while servicing inside the home. Well done!
I cannot be more sorry that I wasted my money with this company! They promise a lot but do very little. I should have been scheduled for a May service which never happened and only scheduled me when I called them the middle of June. The service tech was at my house for less then five minutes and did not do what I asked. I felt they were in breach of the contract after not scheduling my May service but told me they would charge me $249 to cancel before the last service. Horrible company to deal with.
We had our 1st pest control application today. Our technician Jake reviewed with me every area he was going to treat. Also asked if there were any other areas we would like treated. Very knowledgeable and professional. Deb B
Aptive has been a pleasure to work with! My first service was done by Jason C***** and he was very thorough and answered all my questions. Jonhy H******** was also a very thorough and well informed rep. We really appreciated his thoroughness as well.

This company came to our house today. Sold my son, who is 20 years old, and NOT the homeowner a one time service, they claimed was 79.00 on sale from $349.00. He was NEVER shown a contract, Never told about siging up for 12 months at $139,00 a month until the sales guys left, and he got an email with the contract!!!!! I have tried several ways to get in touch with someone, and no luck! If they come to your door DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!!!!!! You will have a terrible time trying to cancel.
