This was our first time using Aptive. Omar C. was great! He was on time, explained clearly what he'd be doing, and even let me know how my bug-invaded roses would benefit from the treatment he was already applying. He was pleasant and professional. Overall, a very good experience.

Id give it no stars if i could. There were several thongs that were promised that were not done. In addition, when we called them back out bc there was still activity in the house, we were told theyd be back out the same week. No call, no show. Random email at the end of the week rescheduling for January 2021?!! . Worst part: we cant get anyone on the phone to cancel the contract. Keep being told someone will call us back and no one does. They just lost our business and i will tell everyone i know in this area about the scam... read more
