I’m very happy with my service so far. I have had two visits to my house this summer. Technician Mathew H*** was very professional and friendly.
Great! Jacob V. was here exactly at 10am. The time I scheduled. No waiting! I was happy to see the thorough job of treating our pest problem. This was our first treatment so we're looking forward to see if it works. I'm impressed with the fact I can see all the descriptions of the visits on my account site, schedule and balance. I think the company covers all the bases.
My name is Steve M. I live in Hastings MN. Eric S******* was my Aptive Technician today I felt he did a great job. He walked the perimeter of my house and inspected it from top to bottom and sprayed for insects. I have no problem with Eric at all. So far, so good! We switched to Aptive because our previous pest control company couldn't get rid of those pesky black ants. We have kids & reptiles, so we don't want the inside of the house treated, which can be a challenge with bugs & ants. Tyler came out for our initial service & he was fantastic. He answered all my questions & addressed all my concerns. He even offered some suggestions for the future to protect our reptiles in the event we might ever decide we needed to treat inside our home.
