Kevin arrived at earliest time in our Two hour scheduled Window, yea! He explained what was to be done and asked if I had questions. Kevin’s report covered all that was treated. I recommend Aptiva and commend Kevin for his work.
The rep was very friendly and patient with us as he explained the product and answered our questions. He was not pushy with getting us to sign up, but was willing to allow us to think over and decide on our own what we wanted to do. He knew the service well and showed us many different pictures and info of what Aptive can offer. We are very pleased with what the product has done for us so far with just one service. Glad we chose to have this service.

Initial consultation was done by door-to-door sales. Very nice, courteous, and professional. He explained costs, procedures, etc.. Tech was also very nice and professional. He wore all necessary protective gear including booties so as to not mess up my carpet. He fully explained what he was going to do and pointed to potential issues in my community common area to have HOA look at. Very happy with this service.
Cody McKee was very polite and knowledgeable. He wore a mask and booties while inside the house. He set traps in the attic and was very efficient.
