I’m a new customer to Aptive & I called tried to get ahold of someone to come out multiple times. Waited 20 plus minutes each time I called. I tried to call their new service line and they answered my call immediately. Then I told the guy on the phone that I was unable to contact the service line then I was immediately hung up on. This is my first time with Aptive and they were great! Antranett B. was awesome! She was very punctual, kind, professional and even answered my neighbors questions about his "pest problems". Great service with a smile! Antranett got right to work and completed her job quickly! Five star service for Antranett = five stars for Aptive!
