I have tried to deal directly locally and nationally. Initially company very responsive. Firstly, TECHS came into my parents home without any type of face covering or protection during this epidemic. My parents are in their late 90's and when I called the company I was told that it is up to the tech to put a mask on that their is no policy mandating the COVID 19 restrictions. Superb! My service provider- Al M***** was outstanding. He carefully ensured all exterior spaces were cleared of spider webs, pests, etc. He inspected and treated the entire home exterior and grounds. I highly recommend Aptive Environmental for all pest control needs. Bernard L.
Not happy with service, After 2 treatments still have black widows and other spiders. Asked to cancel do to lack of their performance, but under contract for a year or pay $150.00 to get out of contract.
