Please read before you consider using this company............... I signed up with Aptive because my neighbor recommended them. BAD idea... the technician was great BUT their customer service is HORRIBLE ...... I was told I had to pay an initial 129 to start my service but I wouldn't be billed again for 3 months. The sales rep and the technician stated that they would come out in 30 days as a follow up treatment FREE of charge. Well 30 days rolls around and the technician came and I was charged ANOTHER 129..... when I called... read more

Aptive has been GREAT for us! We just had some construction done and needed a reservice...Isiah H was here and did an excellent job, hitting anything and everything that I requested him to treat. He even treated my motion sensors to keep the spiders off of them! Thanks Aptive!

This was my first time using Aptive. Josh was very professional and completed the job thoroughly as explained when I purchased their services. They are knowledgeable and so far I have been very impressed and pleased with their service.
Don't believe all the 5 star reviews. The company has deceptive sales tactics and makes it difficult to cancel their service. Just try calling the number given on the contract before you sign up. See how long you are on hold. That will tell you all you need to know.
