Corbin G was polite and helpful in answering all our questions. Helped with the computer problems we were having in obtaining our agreement. He called the company to have them send us a copy by mail. We were impressed with his willingness to give us time and attention to our concerns.

Terrible, terrible service. For a full year, all I saw were invoices. If I was lucky enough to actually see a technician, I had no idea what he actually performed and it typically took only minutes before they were gone. Several times I called requesting they come into the house to treat areas. Twice, the technician simply pulled up to the house and just left never ringing the door bell but documenting the service was done. Infuriating. This is a shame company and needs to be avoided at all cost.... they show up anytime they want.. don't ask us what problem we are facing and charge your credit card. Stay Away.

I used the company for just over a year. They came out whenever I called. I was pretty happy with them until my home was infested with spiders. Repeated visits did not help much. I decided to go with another company. I had a zero balance and tried to cancel the service. Initially, I called our local office and I was then put on hold for over 30 minutes. My initial visit was performed today by Tyler C*****. I didn’t realize I had so many mud dauber nests, Tyler did a great job knocking them all down. The mud dauber appear confused and my wife is happy. Thank You.
