HOrrible Horrible service!! Do not sign up for this service. They do not treat the exteriors per the sales pitch. I have cameras around the house and monitored them few times. They walk around the house for less than 3 mins with a long stick and that's it. We have spiders and other bugs all around the house...no change after paying so much. I see huge cob webs around the exterior lights with big spiders (alive and kicking) after their so called exterior treatment. One of their employees at Aptive Environmental, Rhett M****, was going house to house soliciting in a non-soliciting neighborhood in P********* ***** in Brandon, FL at approximately 8:15 PM on June 29th, 2020. He attempted to close within 6 feet of me with no mask on into my house to show me his ipad (where I only had the door cracked an inch), a county where we have a full mask requirement in public places. Wish i had checked with the BBB before I signed up. Salesman Promised me several things that were not completed. When I confronted Aptive (via email because you can't get them to answer their phone) they told me that they did not do those things because they were against the law. like, spraying the whole yard and trees for pest, Wiping down the house for spiders nest, getting rid of mosquitoes, etc. All of which were promised by the salesman. Cold calling at my front door with no mask. This is not acceptable behavior in a pandemic. Businesses should not be coming to people's homes uninvited, even worse that they don't social distance. In addition, Harrison insisted upon standing within arms length while showing various reports and estimates on his tablet device. Extremely rude in today's situation. There is no circumstance where I could ever recommend this company to anyone, based upon this encounter.

If a company has trained their salespeople to name drop and lie during their sales pitch, its not a company you want to do business with. What was the lie? Our town requires a solicitor's permit for going door to door. Individual claims they have one, but then when asked to produce it, quickly shifted their story and said they "have a big ole long list of places they can solicit" If a company has to resort to going door to door, that automatically tells you something about their services. This is fully accurate review........Sales person sells the service to our house while he was driving thru his segway in our community. While trying to sell the service he mentioned all the discounts and the quarterly service price for the first year with cancellation any time. He told us to sign now as this offer is only available today and not later and got us sold. After going thru the couple of service and reservice i found the quality of product use is very ineffective towards pest and seems to be like a waste of money ... read more

I was with Terminix Pest control for almost 6 years when the door to door salesman assured me that their service is a lot better than Terminix. Salesman promised to get rid of all ants around my house. Their treatment suppose to have been working within 14 days. Two weeks later and ants are still all around. When I called the local number I am on hold for more than 10 minutes waiting for a representative to respond but no one answers.. I was on hold on 3 different occasions for more than 10 minutes.
