When I arrived home a "Today's Service" card from Aptive placed in my door. I am not an Aptive customer nor will I ever be as the chemicals they use are dangerous to my pets, children and are harmful to the environment. The card the phone number (885)-BUG-FREE listed, which is disconnected and listed a URL of goaptive.com/myaccount, which doesn't work either. This company keeps not showing up for pest issues. I have scheduled mutliple times with them. The first time they just didn't show up wasting an hour I could have been at work. The second time they just changed the arrival time without a valid provided reason. They treated my house a month ago, i have been calling them for weeks to come deal with this pest issue and they can't seem to show up within their scheduled time. PREDATORY BUSINESS BY DOOR TO DOOR SALESMAN A door to door salesman came to my home in a neighborhood marked no soliciting and told me how great their pest control would be and quoted a good rate. He said they would include things in the regular service that were normally not. All bugs, spray 3 feet around the home to keep all bugs out, spiders and webs, flea and tick spray to the yard. When Aptive knocked on my door the sales rep was confident and kind, however he also blatantly lied to my face along with a colleague that was with him. I was told after that initial payment the next payment wouldn't be until the quarter of the year. I asked at least 3 times until both gentlemen had responded with the next payment is due in 3 months. I signed up for pest control in May 2020. I was told that I would be working with a Sacramento company. They did my first treatment at the beginning of June, and was told they would be back in 30 days to retreat. After 5 weeks I had to call them to get them to come out to do the treatment. It was scheduled for July 14 between 1-3p. At 3 I called because nobody had come to do the treatment. I was told that the technician went home sick. When we had them it didn’t seem like they did anything for us. We cancelled and went with a different company and haven’t had any problems and no more spiders, etc. They did show up after we cancelled and I sent the man away saying we cancelled our service. Today I had a card left stating that they were here and did our quarterly service. I called again today and cancelled again. I would not use this company. Poor service.

Their representative came to my home twice selling their services. Both times with no mask on and that is the only pest I need gone.
