Aptive is at best disorganized and under- staffed. This may be intentional. They also have questionable business practices. They never sent me a cooy of the contract although they were supposed to do so. Finally after multiple complaints, they sent a copy after the deadline to dispute any issues with the contract. 3 weeks after first service, a tech shows up to spray unscheduled and they bill me for the visit. I was scheduled to have a treatment performed on June 19th, 2020. I had called that morning to reschedule a specific date and time so I could be home. They thanked me for calling as their service tech had called in sick. The date and time were June 24th from the hours of 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. I waited all day and nobody called to inform me that the service tech was out sick. No apologies. Aaron J**** did our initial pest control treatment yesterday, in Gladstone, MO, and we were very pleased with his professionalism and his work. He treated our lawn, around the exterior of the house, and the garage. He also found and removed a wasp nest above our front door, for which we were grateful. So far we are very pleased with the treatments and the company.

Very thorough. I like how they do the whole yard and clean the house without charging extra. With most companies you have to pay extra to warranty fire ants, ticks, etc, but with Aptive you don’t! Great all-in-one service. If I ever have problems inside or outside, they come back within a couple of days. I have used Aptive for 3 years now and I have seen great long term results. I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Predatory business practices by the door to door salesperson, A. Failed to state I was locked into a 2 year contract, but the best part is he Forged my signature on the contract!!!!!! I wasn't even awake when the agreement was signed!!!! Yet it had my signature on there which clearly wasn't my signature!!!!!

I have been a victim of Aptive for about 2 yrs. I agreed to a one time treatment at one price and found out I was stuck for 2 yrs. & for much more than the agreed price. I thought oh well, I may as well make the best of it. I had a really bad case of weevels in my kitchen and had the tech come inside to spray for them. He even went as far as to place something down to make them sterile. After that they seemed to double in numbers and covered the ceiling.
