Kevin A. was very friendly and helpful in how to treat particular areas. He went above and beyond in dealing with some wasps nests that were just starting to be formed.

I signed up nine months ago. A very aggressive salesman convinced me of quality service. I have only seen a service person once. They must come but I don’t see them, no knock on the door to alert me they are here. I emailed their office on 6/24/20 stating I was cancelling my contract as I was not impressed with their work. The response was I would be billed for $245 for cancelling early. I said ok, just cancel. I received an email yesterday, 7/28 stating tomorrow a pest control person would be here. DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE - You sign a 12 month contract - but your "quarterly" service calls are completed in 7 1/2 months, and you are penalized if you cancel early.

Customer service is horrible....phone wait of 30 minutes to cancel...but 4 minutes to sign up....go figure

Service is terrible. They will sell you on environmentally getting rid of all pests. In sweeping the area out to 30-ft from the house. They will then try to sucker you in on a today only deal. Once you are in forget about every being able to contact them. They have no email and just a phone that will keep you on hold forever with "unexpected call volume:" They schedule the follow up visits without contacting you and it took over 2 hours of calling to finally speak to an agent to reschedule to a day I could be home. This is the worst, unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. I would give them a zero star rating if that was an option. BBB and Yelp have multiple bad reviews in 2020. I don't see how BBB can give them an A rating, which is what is currently says. We are in a new neighborhood and had a sales rep making his rounds. He was very nice so we signed up since we were looking for pest control. The service person came the next day as scheduled but arrived late with no call. We were told that someone would come by to do an outside treatment on a certain day but no time was given. We were told to keep the gate unlocked and the dog inside. This makes no sense for customers who have outside dogs because we have to keep the dog inside all day in case the tech comes by. A specific time should be a routine part of making any kind of appointment. Further, I spent four days trying to reach them by email and text and two days by phone and they never responded.

The serviceman explained the process and cost to me better than the route agent.The route agent must be more clearer when explaining the cost. Ricky B******* explained the process and cost to me more clearly. I would like to request Ricky to be my serviceman. I am a senior and don’t like strangers coming and going. I can recognize Ricky.

Representative knocked on my door at 8pm on a Thursday night, bullied me into this contract after I was clear multiple times that due to wage loss in covid19 I was not able to commit to a full year. Representative assured me that I could cancel the service without hassle within 3 business days by sending an email with the cancellation paperwork.
