Door to door sales man said there would just be a one time fee and not quarterly fee. I got the contract via email and it says there is a quarterly fee. Bait and hook. This is illegal.
I switched to Aptive 2 months ago, their product had failed to do what was advertised. I attempted several times to have them come out and re-service and their product just doesn't do what's promised. Considering I've not gotten what was promised I cancelled today and still being billed for a product that hasn't worked. I will be contacting the BBB. I have now sent several more emails and made several calls into their call center. Promises made that a manager will call me back "soon" yet no manager has contacted me
Do NOT use this company they are the WORST company I have ever dealt with period. They lock you into a one year contract and you think you are gonna get your pest control problems taken care of, cause well that’s what they promise you on their website and in person, well think again. They charge you $125 per quarter to come out to your house maybe knock a few cob webs down and a few squirts of their bug spray and they’re gone. If I could give a zero star, I would. Horrible customer service, actually no customer service really. They don't answer emails or phone calls. Their "services" don't work and then they don't answer calls to have them come back out. This must be a joke.
Not responsive. Charge my account without my approval. I am completely dissatisfied with this company.
This company has ignored social distancing rules, and their door to door salespersons are rude, not wearing face masks and FAIL to properly NOTE NO SOLICITATION signs.
