This business is just a formal way of scamming people out of their hard earned money. I signed a contract in May or June and have had about 3 treatments with absolutely NO NO results. They were treating my lawn for voles and I now have more moles or voles in my yard than when the treatments started. The mole/voles hills traveled from the road in front of my house around the big tree all the way to my foundation is two spots. Their techs have a great attitude. Today Jacob R***** performed my service. He called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he asked if I had any problem areas. He sprayed where I requested. I am very happy with their service.

This business should be investigated for COVID-19 fraud. They are running around door to door trying to get people to sign up for their services with a cancellation fee agreement and even signing it on their behalf. I was fortunate that the sales person who visited my house never stored my contract in their system, perhaps they had some morality left in them. Costumer service is terrible. I've been calling for multiple days to try and get someone to come out and deal with yellow jackets. At this point, I'm so frustrated with not being able to talk to someone that I would rather cancel my contract with the company and deal with them myself...But, since I can't get through to a representative, I can't even do that. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I think this company is rip off, they made me pay $249 for the first treatment on the outside because I didn't want to stay with them, the sales person said it was free. I mean come one $249 for 10 minutes outside treatment, this is ridiculous. I'm certainly not happy with this company and even if they give me free service, I will say NO!!!

THIS IS THE WORST THING I HAVE EVER HAD. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT AND NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I HAVE BEEN BILLED THREE TIMES FOR A SERVICE I NEVER EVEN GOT AND I WAS SENT TO COLLECTIONS AND I PAID THEM AND I AM STILL GETTING EMAILS DEMANDING MONEY. LEGAL ACTION IS MY NEXT STEP TO GET THIS COMPANY TO LEAVE ME ALONE. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

Ferney out of the Parsipanny office just serviced my home. He took the time to clear the spider webs and was very knowledgeable and considerate about concerns with our pets. Ferney was very polite and courteous. A+ service!

Customer service is atrocious, I left a message on 31st July for them to return my call after waiting on the phone for 45mins, for someone to answer, I am still waiting for the call back one week later. I then emailed them on 3rd August and am still waiting for a reply. Had my initial treatment on July 4th and my next treatment would be 30-40 days later so I asked for the next treatment to be 40 days, they came 27 days later, not even a month apart.
