Door to door salesman came to my door with no mask and rings my door bell and did not obey my no solicitors sign he was very rude he was wearing his phone in his neck and was taking pictures I would not hire this company I called to report this and the customer service rep just put me back in the queue so you cant complain about the employees this is the second time in 3 weeks they have come to my door I will seek an attorney for harassment. DO NOT HIRE
Great service from Garrett R****** 7 for my first full service—he was polite and professional and walked through the areas I was having issues and thoroughly explained how the treatment would target those areas. It’s also a great benefit that Aptive offers a 100% free re-service at any time to address any pests that might turn up outside or even inside if requested! Absolute worst company, customer experience/service I’ve ever had! They are liars, do not do what they say, and schedule appointments without your consent or with prior notice. They will not respond to your requests to not reschedule, they will continue to ignore you, schedule visits, show up, and refer you to their “customer service line” that no one EVER answers! I am so disappointed that I fell for this scam. Don’t waste your time and save yourself several headaches and stress and stay clear of Aptive. You’re welcome.
Jacob R***** was my Aptive Service Pro today, and he was very polite. Every conversation with him made me feel good. This was my first treatment, so results remain to be seen, but so far I'm pleased with our interactions.

I have used Aptive for quarterly pest control treatments for several years. Today, I had some specific issues with field mice and with bees nesting in my siding. Anthony listened to all my issues, explained what he would do in detail and went above and beyond to address my issues, including inside inspection. I have found Aptive to be very responsive and today was an exemplary experience.
I have used this company for a couple of years now, but today was the most thorough treatment they have ever done! We greatly appreciate it!
Billing was automatically deducted from my account before service and while automatic payments were turned off. It has taken 10 calls, 3 hangups, 2 hours on hold, and the issue is still not resolved.
