Very pleased with our service agreement over this past year. We've had no troubles with the company or employees treating our home and have not had an infestation in our home since service began. We initially reached out due to a troubling ant problem in our kitchen and foyer (front door). I recently noticed 2-3 ants in our kitchen this week and the company made it very easy to contact them (texting) and my concern was addressed quickly. Would highly recommend this company.

Great product with great customer service....when they DO come or when you CAN get a hold of them. I've tried numerous times to call to schedule a technician to come out but they leave you on hold for at least 30 mins then send you into a voicemail. Only to never return your call. They are quick to withdraw payment for a service that they are not fully providing. I will absolutely not refer to anybody I know. We tried using them again after they promised they had restructured and provided a better service. Unfortunately, that was not true, They do not treat 30 ft around the perimeter as promised. Webs were left all over. When you try and contact them the call center team members are extremely rude and are not empowered to help. The sales professional who stated they would fix it, just avoids you. I would not recommend them. I would give no stars, but it makes you give at least one.

So, I have had my initial treatment and first quarterly treatment. Each quarterly treatment is $149. Emailed me to let me know my quarterly treatment would be done last week; it was not. I'm interested whether they would have even done the treatment if I hadn't contacted them. I know they charged me. Understood there was a one-year contract before being able to opt out. Aptive Sucks they never answer the phone! There's no way to cancel account online!!! I've never been bitten my so many ants in my life after the first treatment. It's like they sprayed an ant attractor. At any rate the customer service Sucks!!!
