If I could give a zero I would. We scheduled our third service and still have not seen a difference in the bugs. We confirmed that the technician was on track to come after 1pm waited all day at home and he never showed or called. So not cool!
Jason T******* came to treat my bushes for bees and insects, feeding on the new growth. There were hundreds. The treatment worked perfectly. Jason answered my questions and was very professional. I live in NJ. Thank you again!
They came to the door selling their service in spite of a sign clearly stating no solicitation. the kid seemed nice enough. had them do the introductory service for $99.00. He wanted to use autopay from our bank account, I told him I would give him a check for the payment and that they could bill us and we would pay for future service from our bank account electronically. Poor customer service. Never answer phone so you can get additional services between your regular schedule quarterly service.
Horrible company.A sales person knocked on my door a month ago and was trying to sign me in the yearly contract,he was trying to convince me to go with them by telling me all kinds of lies and dropping the prices from $300 to $5 very unprofessional and pushy.I asked him to send me a list with prices and services they offer so I could compare with my existing pest control company.He asked my email address and we exchanged our phones and left.The same day after he left few hours later I texted him to let him know that I'm not ... read more
Extremely pleased with the preparedness and delivery of this service. The team worked well in making sure the movement through the steps was seamless. Inexistent customer service, poor quality products, missed appointments without any calls, explanations or apologies, poor quality work. Overall, definitely not a company worth any star!
