Terrible customer service. You wait over an hour on hold to speak to someone only to be hung up on and the call back number service never calls back. Its been over two weeks and I have not yet been able to speak with someone regarding my problem let alone have it addressed. Avoid this company and choose one that will actually speak to their customers.

I would give no stars if that was an option. I am so angry and frustrated with this company. I had their services for several years and was happy. At the time of my last service, I tried to postpone to schedule a time when they could come and treat the interior and exterior that worked with my schedule. My email was ignored and the tech showed up. I was able to meet him at the front door and send him away. I stated that I would call to reschedule. 1st qtr deal is a scam they return 2-3 wks later and charge u full price ..... I was vnever happy with 1st service and now they billed me 240 for cancelling!!!! BEWARE

Aptive has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They ask the same questions time and time again, no one shows up when scheduled and it takes 15+ minutes of hold time to speak with anyone. I wish I never signed a contract with them. I will NOT be renewing and if I can find a way out of this contract believe me, I will use it.

Should be charged with fraudulent trade practices. They schedule quarterly (3 months, 13 weeks or 91 days) treatment every 61 days. In effect, scheduling and charging patrons for 6 services, instead of four, per year. Unless, admittedly, you call them on it. Their service people have been friendly and hard working. Their customer service people have been friendly, but do not follow through and are thusly ineffective. That is when they actually answer the telephone. A salesperson came to my door. I tried to ignore them however after knocking 3 times I answered pointing out I have a no soliciting sign in view. He continued to give me his sales pitch. I would never use a service where the company doesn't respect me to begin with. I will NEVER use this company.

The Aptive National Office was very accommodating. They rescinded the termination fee that the local office would not do. Kudos to the national office for rectifying this charge

I have been try to get a refund since Aug 8 for a service that was never done. They can't get me a local number for someone in California.The say they will email a manager but never get a call back.Don't waste your time.
