Lawrence was so helpful: he found 2 wasp nests that were hidden and discovered one mouse trap had been used as a nest! Silly mice, building a home in a container of poison! I was pretty freaked, but he was calm and matter of fact. I so appreciated that.

I’m not a “review” person, but this company deserves one so people know not to work with them. I was told my first treatment would be free and my quarterly treatments would be $X every three months. I got charged well over $300 before the first treatment and when I FINALLY got a hold of an actual person they told me I was charge for the entire year and they’d get back to me, which never happened. The Aptive technicians generally pretty good, very professional, patient, nice but my recent visit by Qusay S***** showed me how dedicated he is to helping to rid my home of pests, by informing me about how they possibly enter and nest within the home. He provided ideas that I had not considered with respect to the many houseplants I have, and the outdoor trees that surround my home, how to rid pests in typical areas like drains, and how to keep them from entering in the first place. I’ve been an Aptive customer for two years now and I’m disappointed in the service I’ve received. I haven’t had my yard treated in over 6 months and I can’t get ahold of anyone from the company. I’ve called several times, I cannot get through, I leave my number to be called back and they never call, and the terrible thing is I’m getting charged for it. I can’t even cancel because I can’t reach an actual employee. All of this and they are still going door to door in my neighborhood trying to sign new customers up for service.... read more

Why are you sending door-to-door salesmen to homes during a pandemic?? Standing at my door without a mask. Only covering when we answered. Ringing the bell and knocking, insisting on speaking to us. Completely unacceptable and especially in a community with "No Soliciting" sign posted at entrance. Company name has been noted and we are surely NEVER going to use this company.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness BE AWARE!!!! If a sale person comes around on a Segway from Aptive pest control company run the other direction as fast as you can. Do NOT let them in your house and DO NOT believe anything they tell you. They are a scam!!! They will rip you off. The sale people convinced you on a sale and the technicians come out and can NOT comply with the contract. That's the other thing they make you sign a contract you can't get out of or they charge outrageous fees. The co... read more

My Aptive tech today was Tim. He was on time, friendly and made me at ease. He kept to social distancing. Said he read my email notes and confirmed the issues I was having with pests. So far so good!
