Brock was friendly and professional. He did a thorough job removing the webs under our eaves and treated the perimeter of our house, garage and yard. He also treated the interior windows, bathrooms and kitchen when I requested. I am happy with his service.
Charges you for watered down product and completes in less than 5 minutes. Salesman gives a totally different view of what is really performed. Doesn't even spray inside and that's what I was told would be preformed each time. This company is a scam and over charges for what service you get. How can you complete inside and outside in less than 5 minutes

Not real happy with this company as of today. Myself and wife both work from home, when we hear the door bell ring 5 time in a row. At that point we were both on calls with clients due to the work from home covid situation. About 45 sec later I hear bang bang bang on the storm door followed by another 3-4 rings of the doorbell. Thinking someone is in trouble myself and wife leave our clients to come to the door to find a employee of this company soliciting for pest control. Austin B**** provided tremendous service. He was professional, courteous and attentive. He took time to address my questions and paid attention to the areas of concern around the house for me.
John did a great job of cleaning off all the fly laden spider webs from under the eaves.
I had my first service with Aptive today. Joseph, the technician showed up promptly at our scheduled time with mask on and socially distanced at all times! He was incredibly knowledgeable about pest, very polite and professional! He carefully reviewed property with me for trouble spots. Even managed to “bag” a wasp nest high in a tree. Could not be happier with service and especially Joseph!
Horrible service and pesticides aren't effective. The technician was a complete "No Show" for 3 schedules appointments in the last 2 weeks. We have had initial treatment and one quarterly treatment since June 2020. We are see roaches and other insects in the house that we never saw before. Definitely going back to my previous Pest Control service provider.
