I salesman from company came to my door this spring selling pest control. I've needed carpenter ant control in the past, saw one this spring in back yard, had damage from insects in past, so signed up for quarterly spraying around base of house for carpenter ants. A man from company came for my quarterly treatment yesterday. I reminded him that I only wanted spraying for carpenter ants around base of house. This company is a scam. They owe me money, promised to return, no money. The product doesn’t work!!!
Aptive scheduling is very problematic. E-mails are not answered and be prepared to wait on hold for ten or more minutes no matter what day or time if you ever need to reach the office to discuss anything...very disappointing customer service.
PLEASE CANCELL MY ACCOUNT….I have never authorized this service. The problem that I have are roaches inside the house and has never be treated. They told me they will do a treatment inside the house since the first service in 07/01/20 and it has never been done. Also since they did that service outside we have more roaches inside the house than before. Also in the website there is no way to cancel the account.
Aptive always does an excellent job and is on time and always asks if they can do more for me, at no cost.
Had my quarterly service yesterday, September 21st. (The website was not working yesterday for me to post). Sorry for the late posting, Mike! Mike came out, we chatted for a few minutes (super nice guy) and then he went on about the treatment. He was very polite and efficient, making sure he did not miss any spots or places around the house and yard! 10/10 would recommend Aptive and Mike O!
Yennifer A****** did a great job! She made sure she contacted me to let me know she would be on my property. I appreciate this especially because I have pets.
Our service pro, Jacob M*** was outstanding He had a thorough knowledge of the products and solutions to our problem (mice). He was very thorough in applying the products outside and inside the house and explained how the products would work. Please send him out again for our next cycle.
I can not give this company even one star because they are so unprofessional and they do not answer their phone they just put you on hold. I’ve call at least 4 times, been put on hold and eventually told to leave my phone number to get a call back. Of course no one has called me back. I have sent their customer support an email and cancelled my account. In fact, I cancelled it several months back and I asked for a confirmation but did not get one.
