Stay away, this is a scam. They come to your door, offer a trial (50% OFF), and say if you don't want anymore, you can just cancel. I was naive and took the bait. First service, guy did almost nothing, and after 3 weeks, I hardly noticed any difference. Then they send a text saying there will be another service, and you have to pay for the service, even though the service is quarterly. Matt was on time and very thorough. He explained what he was going to do prior to providing treatment to our house.
They sprayed something silver and shiny in my yard that looks like mercury. I tried to call the current customers help line, no one answers. I called the sales line, answered immediately. I asked what's in the ingredients, he said he had no clue. I went on their website, it's down. I tried to cancel their services, again, can't reach anyone for days!! I left voicemails and sent e-mails, no response! Do NOT do service with these people!
Jeremy was extremely polite and professional. This is the second time he has provided the service at our house and both times he was terrific. He asked whether there was anything else, (free of charge!) he could do as well.
Aptive pest control does a great job. Our service person Micalah W******* listened to our concerns and took care of everything. We are very happy to recommend Aptive
I do like the service guys who come to do my yard. However Aotive Environmental has gone down hill in customer service. I am not able to talk to anyone when I call. They send a text saying what day they are coming and they ask you to reply YES if you agred to the day and time for service. But they don't even give you a window of time for your scheduled service. Horible service, they do not hold up their end of the contract. Had an appointment and they did not do everything that was agreed upon. Reschedule for a different date between 10a and noon they didn't show up so I called and they said the tech was due to arrive at 3p. I had to move my schedule around to accommodate the original 10a appointment. This is a very shady company It says they have one location in Colorado (lakewood) but thei addressed in Commerce City. Would not recommend to anyone.
This company is a scam. They mislead you on their pricing, come out too frequently, refuse to acknowledge emails to cancel, and make you wait on hold for an excessive amount of time to try and cancel. Do not sign up for their service.
Love Aptive for their great work & customer service. Jesse did our service and was thorough and informative.
