DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOU PEST REMOVAL!! I live in Conyers, GA. Aptive doesn't call prior to coming to verify the inside of your home needs to be treated along with the outside. They don't treat crawl spaces or attics, and don't treat the whole house. They also like to no call know show on appointment that have been verified via text, call, and e-mail. It's hard to contact the corporate office to file a complaint!!

We had the first service for insects which was good and the technician did a good job and was very friendly. The second service was supposed to be a month later, I have called the phone number 4-5 times to schedule the visit and am not able to reach an agent after being on on hold for 30-40 mins each time. There is no email option to reach them except the phone number. But if I enter their website and say I need a new service, they are calling me in 5 mins. I’ve had 2 services. Both were terrible. The 2nd time one of the techs showed up in dirty street clothes instead of an uniform so I only had him do the exterior of my house. I’ve called 3 times. Waited on hold for an hour then was hung up on. I’ve left 2 messages and never received a call back. At this point I want to cancel my service because it feels like a scam I also dont want be charged the termination fee because they haven’t delivered the services I paid for. I purchased a service with Aptive to help me control rodents around my home outside and inside. The first day someone came out they said they could not control the pocket gophers I had in the yard yet the person (Ryan) who sold me the service said they could help with that. I went ahead with their services as I was assured they could help with mice in my home and garage. If I could give a zero, I would. Nice rep signed us up. Service was horrible. The tech was gone in under 5 minutes for our first WHOLE SERVICE. Even worse, he had me sign at the beginning verifying service to be done, not realizing that should be signed at the end to verify all services completed. Reschedule to redo the service was postponed several times. Cancelation was promised but not processed. When I finally got through, it was a nightmare. These guys refuse to take your contract termination. They don't accept written terminations, although their contract says it does, and they put you on hold for hours so you can't terminate via phone either. THis is a scam! The "card" you get from you "bug guy" is also disconnected and does not work. STAY AWAY!

The customer service is rude. The individual that came to our home the other day was so uncommunicative. We weren't left an invoice. And now I'm getting texts to tell us to pay. I'm not going online and the wait time on the phone was well over 12 minutes. I'm writing a review as this company needs to up their customer service assistance, be more communicative and above all, BE NICE.
