After a few months with them ... they have been horrible. My house still looks like Halloween with spiders everywhere ... customer service phone number is always more than half hour wait .. they never come when they are scheduled .. I’m just over it! Do not waste your money ... they are very bad!

All talk, no show. (And no follow up phone call. Wonder where these service guys are hanging out instead of coming to the scheduled appointment at my house). Glad this happened for first appointment though, otherwise I may have gotten sucked into signing a year-long service contract...and then regretted it! Oh, well. Dealing with a reputable, local company now.
The technicians are fine. Office coordination is awful! Hours spent waiting on the phone to speak to someone is not a good business practice. I've tried for over two weeks to speak to someone. Then I receive a message that they will be here on the morrow to treat my house. The poor techs show up. My house was being power washed and painted on the exterior so I wanted to wait a month or two. I just received a text that this is impossible. Aaaugh!
