At the first visit they look nice and gentile , They explain a million of benefits on their product and they charge 45$ for the first time and tell you that the servicd will be 90$ every three months , three weeks later they come telling you that it is a coutesy visit at no charge but they charge 100$ in my card. Another company of thieves and scammers, Their permit should be revoked to work in USA

Aptive Environmental The salesman takes lots of notes, but the people that come to do the work don't read them. they are in and out in five minutes. if you're not there to ensure they do the job, it won't get done. I wanted to supervise the first quarterly visit, but i could not reschedule: no one answers the phone and no one returns calls. i was told they would remove wasp nests. they smashed them and left the debris all over my front porch. the worst part is the team lead was carrying a broom. i guess he forgot what it was... read more

I did the initial deal for service for a year. After which I had contacted an agent asking how many I had left on the deal. She informed me my contract is up. I never renewed or asked for a continuation of service. And now every other month I have to email/call/ tell the company to stop sending there workers to service my house when I stopped my service with them already. I will leave a bad review on every site untill this is fixed.

I’ve used various pest control companies throughout the years and never expected miracles that I’d see no bugs until their next visit. Those companies were in and out within a couple minutes so I figured that was the norm and apparently the ants and spiders knew this because they would come back in a week. Aptiva has really set the bar high for other companies. I have the inside and outside of my house treated and, although they are quick, they spend more time because they get all the nooks and crannies. Not just a shot here... read more

We signed a contract with Aptive. After 2 treatments, we saw little to no difference (spiders actually got worse), but wanted to give them one more chance...especially since we were in contract. Yesterday, I had an appointment scheduled . I was not home when they arrived, but got an alert at 3:40 PM that my front door CAMERA detected movement. I watch the video and see the Aptive worker knocking on my door then leaving. I immediately watch the LIVE view on all cameras to see if they were still there...they had already left, ... read more

Carlos did a great job cleaning (SEPT 24TH) all of the spider webs off our house and garage. He took his time and said hello and good bye. We really think APTIVE provides an excellent service and well worth the money. Also in regards to the products not working is not true. We had an Ant problem in our garage and the guys sprayed and within days we had hundreds of dead ants. So the products do work!

Very Rude Company I know they are not doing my monthly service calls. Back n July the field service guy called and said he was 12min away and neve showed up. I was home and sat by the window waiting on him and he never showed up. In June he called and stated he was on his way , I asked if he could provide more advance notice. He stated this is what I am doing, and hung up the phone on me. Had my service on 09/16/2020. Found huge spiders and spider webs the very next day. I am unable to get through to them over the phone in the last 8 days to take care of the issue with perhaps another application. Today I find that my credit card is charged without authorization!!! typically, I pay my account online.. DO NOT CHARGE CREDIT CARDS WITHOUT AUTHORIZARION !!!! THIS IS FRAUD !!!
