Melissa R. Had great service with APTIVE today 9/28/2020 to take care of all our pest control needs. Jason T******* our technician was very thorough in his treatment of our home. He called to let us know he was coming prior to arriving and was very courteous coming to our door and asking us if there was anything we needed. Once he was finished he came to the door and let us know that he had finished and anything he found that he thought was of concern. Complicated contract...with penalty to cancel early. Should have been my first red flag. Sold they would take care of all our bug problems from the exterior...still have centipedes, ants and stink bugs..they came back for follow-up application free, but then I was told they needed to come in the house to do it...spraying on my baseboards and wood floors...I wasn't expecting that. Just tried to cancel since I am unhappy with the service, I don't see a difference..at $115.00 per application, I still have centipedes, stink bugs... read more
Bobbi N***** did a great job on our service today. She found a big mud dawbers nsst under our deck and she removed it. Very friendly and professional.
Extremely difficult to reach a live person to answer questions if not impossible. Email reminders about service give a time frame of only 2 days notice and with no time frame so you don't know when they will arrive and it is impossible to reschedule. I have had no problem with the persons who treat my home, they have been great, it's the customer service that is very frustrating.
This is the second issue with this company. After their sales representative made a sales call on my home and ordering service, they were at my home on the same day to treat our home. Under the sales agreement the first treatment was substantially discounted and there would be a second treatment approximately 30 days after the initial treatment. That appointment was made and after sitting at home all afternoon waiting for the "service pro" there was a no show even after receiving texts and emails confirming the appointment. ... read more
