We had some ants problem during the recent heat wave. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Roberto G. came to our house and did an awesome job! He answered all my questions very patiently. He even put shoe covers on before entering our house, let alone the mask and gloves. He sprayed inside and outside around the house. He left some ant food for us and showed me how to use them just in case ants come back again. I would definitely recommend him to any customer!

Not an actual customer but neighbor of a customer. The service pro guy “Josh T”was stealing my water instead of using the neighbors water or even just asking us . Once confronted he claims he couldn’t find us to ask. My cameras indicated that he never even attempted to come to the front door! Very disappointed that I was lied to and stolen from right while we home! Goaptive needs to check their employees

Beware! We purchased 1 application and subsequent applications were to be approved via telephone. They did two more applications without approval, charged my credit card and refuse to refund.

I have been trying to contact Aptive for at least a month now to cancel my service. I called and sat on hold for over an hour and finally spoke to someone who told me she couldn't cancel my service but she would have a supervisor call me back. I have been waiting a month for that call. I called my salesman and he too told me he would have a supervisor call me back and I have been waiting over 2 weeks for that call. An Aptive salesman came by our house and tried to sell my son pest control services. When my son said no, he just kept right on talking. It took my son 20 minutes of saying no and explaining we already had a pest control service before he finally left. My wife and I witnessed the entire conversation. Just today another man from Aptive came by and said they'd treated our house once and were back for a second treatment and payment. Thank you to Mike O. for not only doing the basic service on the outside of the house, but also for taking the time to use a specialized spray for the bee problem we were having. I've already noticed a difference!

My pest service was scheduled on Tue (10/6) between 2:30pm-4:30pmone of your service guys called me at 1:52pm today and I called him back. He said he would be hear at 2:30pm but never showed up. (1) I tried to call service tech again 2 times, but phone network says not available. This is his number. (2) I called the Aptive Main number and talked to them and let them know Service Tech didn't show up. The said it shows he did the service.
