Do not get this pest control company product does not work the guy going around asking for the business and says it's not a contract that you're just signing a paper for them to charge your card for the initial visit they came out and sprayed two times did not get no webs down and spiders came right back and they also charged my card and will not call me back after I called to speak to a manager I was never told this would be a contract was also told a manager would call me back and they didn't I called and told them I didn'... read more

We had our initial treatment for free with Aptive today, then they’ll be back in a month to do the quarterly treatment. Eric and Bayron were professional, thorough, and friendly. I appreciate that they use eco-friendly products, and treat the lawn as well as the perimeter of the house. Eric discovered that we have 3 vents from the outside into our basement furnace room that completely open for wasps and other critters to come into our home. We signed on with them for almost 9 months. We gave them a fair chance to get rid of our pet problems. They sold a good deal, but did not wear proper face masks or social distancing (I signed on in March of 2020). They billed the amount they quoted us, and during the times they said. No issues on billing so far, but that might change as I am on the phone with them to cancel right now. We know they showed up once to our house during the 4 times scheduled. My husband called to cancel services in May and the person on their end didn't even out notes in the system to cancel us out. Just to be informed that we are being charge because they said they sent someone out to our home without our consent and trespassed into our backyard. Some called today asking for a cc expiration number and for payment. In the end after my husband explained everything the lady whom stated she was a manager said she couldn't wave the fee. Aptive responds very quickly to a service request. Shakeen R********* was the tech who came to our house and he was respectful and courteous of our requests. I would highly recommend aptive to handle any type of pest and insect problems.

These guys appear to be running a scam. They start by sending door-to-door salesman out who tell you everything you want to hear, but it turns out most of it is just blowing smoke. They're like snake-oil salesmen, promising their products will cure all your pest control ails, while the reality is they're just spraying the same generic pesticide no matter which pests they've promised to remove.
