I am extremely happy with Aptive for my pest control. They spray completely around the house, knock down spider webs, including egg sacks. Josh T did a great job, very thorough. When the job was finished, Josh provided me with an update and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Todd H.

Aptive has been doing a great job for me for over a year now. Jeffery E***** 5 was my service technician today and was very personable and professional. He ask if we were having any problems and I told him we had seen a couple of spiders inside so he said he would just go ahead and treat inside while he was here. Couple of spiders not a big problem, but this is how Aptive is pro active in there service

Ryan B*** and Joshua M****** have both been to our home in the past month. I cannot tell you how much we have appreciated their courtesy and professionalism. We recently moved into our home and have had multiple revisits needed. They have responded almost immediately and helped us resolve each pest control issue we have run into. The service is worth every penny we pay and will continue to recommend Aptive to our friends and family.

020 Terrible company. Stay far away. They overcharge and double bill you. I signed up and prepaid for service. After the fist visit from sign up I received a bill. Thinking it was just a notice I didn’t think much until the charge was made to my credit card. I immediately called the company and after a long wait on hold and getting passed around I cancelled all services and requested a full refund. They assured me I would get a full credit back and it never happened. They lied and stole from me. I am taking every action in m... read more

Caveat Emptor! Let the buyer beware! Claimed I signed an agreement. I DID NOT! Salesman refused to give me contact information. Service tech howed up and never was over 10' aware from his truck and did nothing! I told him to get his sales rep and he did. It was one lie after another. Service tech falsified a service report which he never did and got mouthy when questioned! Read their reviews and check the % of customers who felt they did not get what they were promised. The sales pitch was excellent. The start up service was very good. First quarterly service was invisible - no indication if anyone was going to show or if we have any specific requests (which were promised in the sales pitch). Poor service. Free re-service is one of the contract features. However, this free re-service, which was scheduled through the app, got cancelled by the company.
