This company is a joke. We cancelled service in August. They still sent someone out and took the payment out of our account. In September they left a message with my wife saying what time they would service our house. She called and told them we stopped service and they still billed us. If you call to complain you are put on infinite hold. We had to pay our credit union to stop payment. They left another message saying what day they were going to come out in October. $239.00 cancellation fee and over $400 dollars in charges in the first 6 months and that was for lawn pest control only for my 1/3 acre lawn. What a ripoff$ Try a different service folks or do it yourself.
Eric C**** did a great job today. We talked to him about some recent ants we have seen in the house and a new insect we have not seen before. He told us is was an Assassin or Kissing bug. It is very common and doesn't harm people or dwellings. Did the service with extra concentration on ants. Cleared away all the cobwebs (real, not halloween webbing :-) ). Thanks!
Great job, Jason M! I expressed concern that siders were going under my siding. I know some spiders are good, but don't need them in my house. Jason took care of them.

My Tech, Michael D***** arrived within the specified time. He appeared happy with his job. He was friendly and down to earth. He asked me why I wanted the service and recommended products. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and proactive. Great service! As result, I referred my daughter.

AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COST. WARNINGS not to use this service. I signed up for a one-year plan rodent treatment in early Sept 2020. They scheduled the 1st service appointment, technician came and left within 5 minutes, never ringed the bell/knocked on the door (I had proof from my camera), left a note in my account that I was not home for him to enter the house.
