Joe C******* did a very good service for my property.
Donavan L**** performed a service today. He met with me before to explain what he planned to do and see if I had any special concerns. Afterwards he met again to let me know he was finished and if I needed anything additional just to contact the office and they would get someone out.
Karl U performed his functions professionally and completely. I hardly knew when he was done. No disruption to my day. He was great. Carl S.
Told me one thing. Then did another. Tried to bill me twice after agreed not to. Do not recommend this company to anyone.
One time came inside — left more spray on baseboards and floors than necessary... was told I would get a discount due to this—never happened. Was still charged full price.. next visit tech pulled up sat in van then pulled off down the street..never saw them do anything... sales rep (Arianna) who comes to the door does a great job selling the service, but have not followed through on the promise of great service..
I've been an Aptive customer for almost two years and remain VERY satisfied with their customer service model and the responsiveness they demonstrate in consistently affirming their willingness to re-treat or to address specific issues or pests. Our service technician, Joshua M******, was super diligent and my wife commented at how polite and professional he was when he treated the interior of our home. I would gladly recommend Aptive to family, friends, and neighbors. Keep up the good work Team Aptive!!

Shahid did an excellent job in providing the service, following safety measures, and explaining what he would be doing.
Tom J did our service today and he definitely went above and beyond. He took a selfie in front of our house to let us know that he has arrived to perform. Service. We spoke to him about our concerns and he delivered.
