By far, one of the worst businesses I've engaged with based on their business practices. Reading previous reviews indicates that my experience is not isolated. This business employs poor transparency on the costs of their services, does not provide reasonable pathways for cancellation and has un-empowered customer service that cannot make decisions. My specialist, Anthony C*****, was very professional and thorough. He addressed concerns and did a great job. I was happy to get the spider webs etc from the eaves.
Adaptive is a very reliable company. Lawrence did a great job. He called ahead that he was going to treat our house and was very conscientious as to where he was spraying.
Reis C******* was very personable and helped us with the small flies in our house on top of our routine services.
Jonathan E**** was very thorough in his service, asking me if I had any particular problems that needed handling. He made sure everything was okay with his service and was very friendly. A pleasure to work with.
