They do not treat for anything! I have just as many spiders inside and out, if not more, than before I started wasting my money with them. They told me if I ever had an issue to call and they would send someone right out, it takes days to get someone to the house. Whether it’s an egg sac inside, which the only thing they could tell me on how to safely remove it was to burn it(I’m not setting a wall inside my house on fire), or a spider the size of my palm taking up residence between the pillars on my porch. Larry A was our tech today. He was ontime, friendly, upbeat and professional. I told him the areas I wanted treated. He added a couple of extra things he would check for like spider webs. I have used Aptive for a couple of years and will continue to use them. Every tech who has been to my house has been polite, asked what I wanted, offered extras that were no charge like knocking down wasp nests, looking for spider webs. Best of all their chemicals work but they are safe for pets and children.

Customer service is pathetic, website won't load, tried calling and was on hold for 30 plus minutes before getting a call back option, when I finally reached someone on the phone they weren't able to handle a cancellation so I got put on hold again and again I'm waiting for a call back. To top things off we never noticed any difference in the bugs before and after their service.
I used them once and canceled. They keep calling and I keep canceling. Now they are sending bills for work not done. Scammers.
I had a horrid experience with Aptive. They came to my residence once and without the proper equipment I needed them to bring; mice traps and bait. I was advised to call the office for a free call-back after I paid $150 for a service I requested but did not receive. I called the office as advised and rescheduled only to have the technician not show up nor call. I called the office a 3rd time to once again, reschedule for a service I paid for, but never received.
