Jeremy C****** was polite, professional, and responsive. We discussed any known or suspected pest issues with my home and then he got to work. I discretely observed his efforts on the exterior through my security cameras and he was thorough and deliberate and treated some areas I would not have thought about so... This company is all about trying to scam and steal your last dime! However; I'm not going to play their game. They had someone knock on my door and refuse to leave! Begging me to allow them to show me what they can do for $15.00. GET this..he told picture of a violded check, they spray and he TOOK the 15.00. A week later I called and called, emailed and emailed and I couldn't reach nobody.. I have bugs everywhere!! Its like he sprayed my home and created more bugs! I don't know how you hire the people that you do, but you must know a secret that many service companies do not. You employ some of the nicest and most courteous people I have ever had at my house!
