He came out for the winter application and I didn’t really know what to be on the look out for to inform him and he was very kind and knowledgeable in what to keep an eye out for, especially the winter. I have had the service for a little over a year and I am really noticing an improvement. Thank you!
I researched many companies prior to choosing Aptive for extermination services. From the very beginning of the process everyone we have come in contact with has been awesome and very professional for each service. Today we had Durell Jones and not only was he professional, he was knowledgeable and able to explain every chemical that he was using, address our concerns, and explain how chemicals work to alleviate our problem. BEWARE OF APTIVE ENVIRONMENTAL!!!! I had a door salesman come to door pushing their services on me. He said he had just sold the service to my neighbor and if I signed up it would save us money. I told him I did not want to sign a contract and he replied he could do the services today as a trial for $49 and if I was happy I could continue the services so I agreed. He had me sign his IPad explaining to me I was signing for the service done today and the charge to my credit card, never said I was signing a contract. A month go... read more
