Joshua, from Aptive Pest Control, was on time for the appointment and gave me a courtesy call when he was 45 minutes away. He did a great job explaining what all he was doing inside and outside of the house. I would definitely recommend his services in the future.

Technician was on the property to do the service for a total of four to five minutes. My first visit was acceptable, the following three visits have all gone this way. Called corporate to complain. I was redirected to the local office without any further conversation. The local office is the problem for minimal service at a $100 charge for every visit. Corporate behavior is unacceptable. John T and Josh M did a great job explaining in detail what they would be servicing today. They were very friendly and did a great job cleaning up around the house and windows. This was the first time a Service Pro explained everything they were doing as well as reminded us that we can call them anytime to do a re-service if the bugs come back as it is getting warmer outside.
