On Thursday March 4 we received our regular service from Aptive. The service was provided by Rex. The company did a responsible job of negotiating with us for a convenient time for the service. Rex arrived within the time agreed upon. He was courteous, informative, and from what I could determine, he did a complete and responsible job of treating the exterior of our home. The entire experience was professional, efficient, and courteous. Thank you Rex for providing outstanding service today!

I’ve been using Aptive for 9 months. I have noticed less bug activity around the house , both exterior and interior. John R arrived early, knocked on the door, told me why he was here. He asked if I had any concerns or if there was a particular area he needed to concentrate on. When he finished he let me know, in detail what he had done. Thank you John R
Shahid T***** performed todays service on my home and addressed the needs or concerns I had. Did a good job of sweeping the exterior for pests and treated areas where pests would breed.
John T. did a great job explaining what he was doing and what the treatments are. We have not had any issues with insects or spiders since Aptive has been here. We have been very happy with the service.
