This Company signs you up for initial and four additional quarterly services. Automatically takes you into a new year. I decided to give the Service a try early in 2020 and by October, decided the Service wasn't needed and called to cancel. All of the sudden in 2021 I am being contacted for more service due?? My name is Dennis M. and I am writing this review to let you know the thorough job that Brad S****** performed when applying my quarterly treatment today, March 15, 2021. The window for the application was between 10:30-1230 and Brad arrived within that time frame. He called upon his arrival to inform me that he was about to begin the treatment. Jose B******* 5, was very professional and explain what he would be doing and why. He also looked at a flying insect we have been seeing and provided some advice on where they might be coming from. Jose did a great job and was the most professional of the pest control technicians that have serviced our home.
Trent R****** completed my service today. The first thing that impressed me was his love of dogs and showing my guy some love when I opened the door and let him out to greet Trent. Second, he had a great personality and his smile was amazing and just made you want to smile as well. He explained what he was going to do before he started and after he was done, explained what he didn’t find. No one else has ever talked to me before and after. You have a great employee in Trent.
