I recently moved to a new home and this gentleman from Aptive came a week a later soliciting service. I verbally agreed to have 4 services for the year for $99 per visit. They came the week later and did the first service. However, the contract never came. A few weeks later, they sent me a bill for $69. So, I called them, to first pay and figure out why it was not $99. Service has been great, all of the technicians have been very polite and informative and checked to see if I have any questions or problem areas. They are also very friendly and always smiling. John T. and Justin were the most recent techs.
Lance always done and fine job and it very nice and professional.
I guess I'm the fool for hiring this company. Company has typical business model, solicit business with professional sales representatives who talk a great game. Unfortunately, In my Opinion, deceptive sales tactics are employed, outright misrepresentations on frequency of service, how your account will be billed, and again, In my opinion, complete lack of performance. Very professional and courteous. Easy to reschedule our appointment. Technician, Deante, was wonderful. He was attentive to our needs and very considerate about being inside the home. Great job!
