I live in a posted No Soliciting neighborhood in Nolensville and had a man on my front porch without a mask who rang my doorbell. I tried to ask his business while speaking through the glass door and he said he wanted to help with the bugs. I told him to leave as door to door soliciting was not allowed. He and another man on the porch next door had shirts with “Aptive” on them so I called and was given only a leave my name and number for a callback option. Unacceptable!

Had the service for almost a year,,,was fine until the last visit...we were home all day and they said they serviced the house...saw no one, didn't know there were here until the following day, when I got the bill.
I subscribe to Aptive’s quarterly service and Darious S********* treated the exterior of my home and the garage today (March 26, 2021). This is by far the best treatment I’ve had since subscribing over a year. I am a very picky consumer and notice attention to detail. Darious was very thorough, took his time, replaced the sticky boards in the garage, and even closed the garage doors on his own! Wow, I was really impressed and will request Darious for all treatments going forward.
Rex at the Indianapolis branch was fantastic! He went above and beyond to take care of red spider mites that were coming indoors from the lawn. Friendly and hard-working, he listened to what I wanted done and then exceeded expectations. Thanks, Rex!
Today my home was serviced by Service Pro Larry A. here in Indianapolis, In. He was very professional and did every corner of my home. He was the first I've seen that did more around the home. I liked that especially our outdoor patio. He complimented my home decor??. My husband takes pride of ppl acknowledged his taste in furniture. Trina &Raun H.
