Wyatt V*** did a great job. Super friendly and professional. His work was thorough, addressing all of the problem areas I was aware of and a couple I wasn't. .He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Something I really appreciated.

I am very pleased and would highly recommend this company. John T. is very personable and professional and was willing to hit all the trouble spots in the home. I truly appreciated his thoroughness as he did not rush through the service. He took his time and made sure he covered all the important areas inside and outside the home. We have used Aptive since we built our home and I must say, we are able to keep the bugs at bay despite living on a wooded lot! K. S****

Dave D. here .... Tony was on time, dressed in a company uniform, friendly, and very professional with his overview of the processes that were going to be performed during today's visit. Tony performed the treatments with care in regards to our windows, doors and home exterior and property. He made sure that I understood everything he was doing and what to do if I had any questions about retreating or future outbreaks.

Hunter knocked on my door. Very professional and submitted a good plan for bug prevention. I accepted his offer and the same day Fontaine Foster came and did a thorough job of spraying inside and outside my house and yard. He even cleaned up all the cobwebs under the eaves of my house! He too, was professional and friendly. Good job Fontaine!!

We'd like to give a shout out to Leslie G*** who recently serviced our property! He was polite, courteous, and clearly gave an explanation as to why he wasn't able to provide the flea/tick treatment due to the rain and how we could receive that service at another time. Thank you!
