They are always on time. Their crew are always polite, thorough and neat. Since I started using Aptive I have never had a problem and they are environmentally friendly.
Frank W***'s customer service skills and work ethic were impeccable and superb. He called to inform me when he was coming and he was on time. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He made sure to take the time to spot treat every area he saw that could cause a concern. Frank is an asset to the Aptive environmental company and I would highly recommend him to other customers.

Mike O did a fantastic job in treating our home today. He checked with us before he started to get any requests and history from us, performed a thorough service (both brushing and spraying) and then checked back with us to tell us what he had done and what he found when he was done. Aptive has a good employee they need to keep!
