Our service pro Larry A was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, respectful and very thorough. He made sure to answer any questions that we had about our initial service and ensure that we understood we can call back at any time if we have any issues.

I have told the door to door salesman on 3 different occasions that I was not interested in his services. Zac continues to disregard mine and my many neighbors wishes to stay off of our property. The police has been called a couple of times because of his constant harassment of people in my neighborhood. I would never use Aptive based solely on the harassment of their sales person.
