Bernard M******* expertly took care of my wasp problem. They were building a nest inside a window. He was courteous and efficient.
Rep wouldn't give me contact information and kept asking me personal information. He said it was weird I wouldn't give my information and tried scare tactics by telling me my neighborhood has rats and "good luck with that" when he finally walked away
My husband and I were very impressed with Emmanuel's service, mannerism, professionalism and the thorough way in which he carried out his duties. Why would an aptiv rep be soliciting business door to door at 9:20 p.m. on Tuesday, 5/25/21? When I told him it was very late to be doing so, he only said "I have to feed my kids somehow". That is no excuse to be knocking on doors at that hour.
They use hard sell tactics. The door to door sales person wouldn't leave my doorstep until I threatened to call the police. "Not interested" was not understood. They will keep talking forever unless you threaten them.

Very pushy and unprofessional door-to-door salesperson came to my door two days in a row (door not answered first day). On the second day, we answered door and were repeatedly ignored when we said we are not interested. Fake neighbor names were given as supposed customers, and we were told the previous homeowners of our home were clients as well. I texted the former owners, and this was a lie! Miguel arrived within the allotted time frame for the initial treatment. He explained what our plan covered and for how long, and then explained what he would be doing for the initial treatment. He walked the property with me so that I could point out areas of concern. He was very efficient and quick.
Carson S**** arrived punctually, reviewed the treatment process, asked us about any problem areas and then went to work. Very pleased with his professionalism! Goodbye bugs!
