I will say that every technician that came to the house was respectful and friendly...however I soo wish I had read these reviews first - as it is absolutely true that they continue to charge multiple times beyond what the salesperson says. I fulfilled an annual contract - which is what I believed it to be (quarterly treatments for a full year) - however, the ants never were eradicated, and they are continuing to push two more $175 "treatments" . This company is terrible. They charge $149 per visit. This last service lasted 3 minutes. We have had 3 different employees service our property on separate occasions. Each one walked around and seriously took at the most 5 minutes. They were supposed to refund me $149 for the last visit and we have been waiting over a month for our refund. Should be ZERO stars! TERRIBLE! Aside from scheduling random dates to preform service and not showing up, I requested via email to cancel my service. I was told my contract isn't up, and I have 3 or 4 more services before I cancel without penalty. Okay, understood. THEY ASKED ME what I would like to do. We had a rep come by today (Brian) who was polite but very insistent on selling us pest control service. I asked for documentation in print or email or any credentials. He would not give them to me. The only thing that the kept the conversation going as long as it did was him talking about the fact that he would be in my subdivision servicing my neighbors (whom he cited by name). I was harassed by an employee of Aptive pest control at my home. He ignored the posted no soliciting sign, rang the doorbell at night waking my baby up. I asked him politely to leave and pointed to the no soliciting sign. At which point he refused to leave and started mocking me. BEWARE OF SCAMES AND HOME BURGLARIES! Multiple neighbors in our immediate vicinity complained to each other and on Nextdoor about a young man who had slid through our community's security gate on foot and was aggressively trying to sell pest control services door to door. ZERO Stars. Last week my Ring doorbell went off and I was on a conference call. When I asked who is it through my doorbell the person responded the bug guy. I asked what he wanted and he said he was selling treatments. I told him I was not interested and not to come back.
