On the evening of 6/22/21, a representative from Aptive was rolling around our neighborhood and culdesac on a hoverboard/segway. Our neighborhood has a no soliciting policy, and most of my neighbors have signage on their doors stating such. the tech that treated our home was Eric Y**** - he texted when he was on his way and I explained that I was working from home & had meetings … no problem - he completed the service & provided pictures of the work that was performed great job - couldn’t be any easier
This was our first treatment. Cory was professional and did a great job. We were please with everything he did.
I was solicited to continue doing business with Aptive after canceling because of continued notifications of my bill not being paid, after my check had cleared my bank. Aptive promised an Amazon $100 gift card if I came back. I did, and after two months or better never received the gift card. We have a no soliciting sign on our door. The salesman came three times. I finally answered and reminded him that I have a no soliciting sign and he proceeded to try and tell me just a minute and drop the name of a BRAND new neighbor who had chosen the service. This company clearly does no understand or respect no soliciting so I'd be concerned how they treat your property.
Did not appreciate the guy at all!!! He was pure salesman No card, no vehicle, just a smart mouth People are not idiots
A young man knocked on my door from Aptive Environmental after 8pm to solicit his product. When I told him we were not interested he got upset and was verbally aggressive. My neighbor had a similar experience with Aptive Environmental soliciting and getting so mad they were not interested, he refused to get off the property. Very uncomfortable. Extremely unprofessional and unnerving.
